Job Description

As a Cyber Security Risk Reporting at Barclays, your role involves supporting the successful delivery of Location Strategy projects while adhering to plan, budget, quality, and governance standards. You will drive innovation and excellence in the digital landscape, utilizing cutting-edge technology to enhance digital offerings and ensure exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand security requirements in business processes and IT projects, enhancing overall risk management. - Conduct risk assessments to identify and prioritize potential cybersecurity threats, guiding the implementation of mitigation strategies and communicating findings to senior stakeholders. - Develop and implement security policies and procedures aligned with the risk management framework. - Manage the implementation, testing, and monitoring of security controls across IT systems to ensure effectiveness and mitigate risks. - Deliver training sessions to educate employees on cybersecurity awareness and safe online practices. - Manage complex cybersecurity incidents by collaborating with IT teams to resolve cases effectively. - Identify emerging cybersecurity trends and technologies to address potential risks by advocating the adoption of new security solutions. Qualifications Required: - Extensive experience in cyber security risk reporting within large, complex organizations. - Understanding of cyber threats, associated security measures, and experience in identifying, assessing, and tracking cyber risks. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to provide executive-level information. - Working knowledge of external cyber threat frameworks such as Mitre/NIST and how these frameworks contribute to the development of cybersecurity frameworks and controls. - Advanced analytical and strategic thinking skills to interpret complex data and present actionable insights to senior stakeholders. - Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive process improvement. Additional Details: This role is based in Pune. In this role, you are expected to contribute to setting strategy, driving requirements, and making recommendations for change. You will manage resources, budgets, and policies, deliver continuous improvements, and escalate breaches of policies/procedures. Whether you have leadership responsibilities or are an individual contributor, you are expected to demonstrate leadership behaviors or subject matter expertise within your discipline.
