A. SupervisorsResponsible for venue coordination and overall ground management. B. VolunteersResponsible for guest handling, athlete support, coordination, and assisting supervisors. 3. Roles & ResponsibilitiesSupervisorEnsure smooth execution of all on-ground event activities. Coordinate with volunteers and maintain operational workflow. Manage logistics related to travel, accommodation, meals, and guest movement. Handle daily event operations and resolve on-ground issues promptly. Maintain reporting, attendance records, and documentation as required. VolunteerPerform assigned duties efficiently for smooth event operations. Assist guests, athletes, and officials at designated points. Maintain discipline, punctuality, grooming, and professionalism. Report any issues immediately to the Supervisor for quick resolution.
