Volunteers will be responsible for supporting various initiatives, assisting with daily operations, and engaging with guests to ensure a warm and welcoming environment. Responsibilities may include event support, coordinating activities, and any additional tasks required to enhance visitor satisfaction and operational efficiency. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests and staff Organizational and time management skills for handling multiple responsibilities Basic problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to work both collaboratively in a team setting and independently as required Enthusiastic, adaptable, and a positive attitude for working in a dynamic environment Previous volunteer or guest service experience is a plus
