Job Description

ConnectFor is looking for Volunteer Coordinator to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Coordinate and manage volunteer activities, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract new volunteers.
Build and maintain relationships with existing volunteers, providing support and guidance as needed.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of volunteer efforts.
Monitor and evaluate the impact of volunteer programs, making recommendations for improvement.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in coordinating or managing volunteer programs.
