VOIP SUPPORT ENGINEER (LEVEL III)

As an experienced VoIP Engineer, you will be responsible for various tasks and should possess the following qualifications: **Role Overview:** You will be working with VoIP and SIP technologies, primarily focusing on open source solutions like Freeswitch, Asterisk, OpenSIPS, or Kamailio. Your role will involve troubleshooting issues using tools such as Wireshark and TCPdump. Additionally, you will be expected to have a strong understanding of Linux OS, specifically CentOS/Redhat, and be proficient in using tools like sipp, fail2ban, and IPtables. Your expertise in MySQL Database and networking concepts will be crucial for this role.
