Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a VoIP Network Engineer. The VoIP Network Engineer will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of VoIP systems. Day-to-day tasks include configuring and managing network hardware and software, troubleshooting network issues, ensuring network security, and providing ongoing support to optimize network performance. The VoIP Network Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of VoIP systems within the IT infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Network Engineering and Network Administration skills
• Experience with Voice over IP (VoIP) technologies
• Expertise in Troubleshooting network issues
• Knowledge of Network Security principles and practices
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+) are a plus
