Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Voice NOC Engineer at Nuetech Stack. The Voice NOC Engineer will be responsible for network operations center (NOC) activities, network administration, troubleshooting network issues, providing technical support, and ensuring network security.

Qualifications

• Network Operations Center (NOC) and Network Administration skills
• Troubleshooting and Technical Support experience
• Knowledge of Network Security best practices
• Experience in VoIP technologies is a plus
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+)
