Responsibilities: - Design, deploy, and manage scalable VoIP systems - Monitor and troubleshoot VoIP network performance, call quality, and connectivity issues - Document system configurations, processes, and procedures - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in VoIP domain Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Telecommunications - At least 3 years of experience in Voice/VoIP engineering - Proficiency in SIP, RTP, SDP, and other VoIP & WebRTC protocols - Strong programming skills in C or Golang - Hands-on experience with both Enterprise and Open Source VoIP solutions - Solid understanding of networking fundamentals - Experience with Linux/Unix operating systems Your ability to plan and execute scalable, secure, and resilient voice infrastructure is vital. Excellent troubleshooting skills and a systematic approach to resolving voice-related issues are necessary. Preferred skills include experience with speech recognition technologies, real-time voice streaming, Voice AI, and a background in backend programming.
