Job Description

Role Overview: As a Voice / VoIP Engineer in our company, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and troubleshooting VoIP networks. Your expertise in SIP, VoIP protocols, and IP telephony will ensure optimal voice quality and system performance. Key Responsibilities: - Configure and manage IP-PBX, SIP trunking, and VoIP systems - Resolve issues related to ASR, ACD, PDD, CLI, DTMF, codecs, and voice quality - Perform packet trace (PCAP) and CDR analysis for diagnostics - Handle fraud monitoring, SIP Trunk down, and voice escalations - Support US clients and ensure 24/7 availability Qualification Required: - Strong knowledge of TDM, VoIP, SIP, and network security - Hands-on experience in voice gateways and cloud PBX - Excellent communication skills,
