Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Resolve customer queries with accurate information and a positive attitude.
Maintain call quality, documentation, and meet daily/weekly targets.
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-ups.
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: 10+2 / Graduate (Any Stream).
Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, or regional languages.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Comfortable with rotational shifts.
Age Limit: Candidates below 30 years (not equal to or above 30).
Salary Package: 2.0 LPA 2.7 LPA (based on experience and performance)
