Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Need 6+ years experience in Applications & Infrastructure services, managing Devops delivery involving Multiple OEM products (CISCO, AWS Connect, Genesys, Avaya ,NICE, Veriant, AudioCodes ),
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and serve as a trusted advisor to Customer & internal Leadership.
- Participating in RFCs, Pre & Post implementation review for all RFC's.
- Engage during implementation phase to deploy new and ancillary services related to contact center businesses, analyze the solution during deployment phase and re-engineer if required to enhance the solution effectiveness.
- Actively participate in engineering / re-engineering activities to optimize workloads
- across contact center platforms
- Creation and review of Highand lowlevel documentation, SOP’s for contact center
- Architectures and businesses using heterogenous platforms.
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
Must to have experience in Amazon connect , Avaya Aura and Verint Cloud recording.
