Voice commercial Specialist

About this Role

As a Process Analyst Telarix Contracts Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the accurate transfer of International Carrier Voice deal data into the Telarix Contract Simulator module. You will also be accountable for producing Deal Summaries and completing Deal True-Ups, ensuring data integrity through sustainable and repeatable processes. This role plays a critical part in supporting Market Managers and Billing Operations Managers in resolving issues and enhancing operational efficiency.

What you will do

• Accurately transfer International Carrier Voice deal data into the Telarix Contract Simulator (CS) template or create a User Interface (UI) change sheet for existing deals.
• Generate Deal Summaries based on provided deal data.
• Identify and resolve issues related to CS downloads, uploads, and templates; raise tickets with Telarix when necessary.
• Conduct Deal True-Ups mid-term and post-deal to assess actual performance.
• Provide insights for operating model improvements based on system knowledge.
• Perform acceptance testing on behalf of the commercial team when required.
• Regularly report progress and issues to the line manager.
• Support Market Managers and Billing Operations Managers in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to CS completion, Deal Summaries, and Deal True-Ups.

What skills you need

• Proven experience working with large and complex data sets.
• In-depth knowledge of International Wholesale Voice business processes and terminology.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of Telarix routing, contract, and reporting modules.
• Demonstrated ability to drive improvements in complex process flows.

Must have technical / professional qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field (BA, BSc, BEng).
