International voice process

Broker Price Opinion (BPO) is responsible for managing the process of obtaining broker price opinions for the banks/mortgage companies. This role involves working with real estate agents, clients, and internal teams to ensure the timely and accurate completion of BPO reports.

Key Responsibilities:

•Coordinate the BPO process from start to finish.

•Communicate with real estate agents, clients, and internal teams to gather necessary information.

•Assign BPO requests to qualified agents.

•Track the progress of BPO assignments and ensure they are completed on time.

•Address any discrepancies or issues identified in BPO reports and collaborate with agents to resolve them.

•Maintain accurate records and documentation related to BPO assignments, including client preferences, property details, and valuation outcomes.

•Act as a primary point of contact for clients and Real Estate Agents/Brokers regarding BPO inquiries, updates, and status reports

• Work from office (Chennai location)
• Should have 1 to 4 yrs experience in International voice process (US)

Interview time : 5.30 pm to 7.00 pm, Monday to Friday.
