Voice Analyst

You will be responsible for managing the process of obtaining broker price opinions for banks/mortgage companies in the International voice process. Your role will involve coordinating the BPO process from start to finish by working closely with real estate agents, clients, and internal teams to ensure the timely and accurate completion of BPO reports. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate the BPO process and communicate with real estate agents, clients, and internal teams to gather necessary information. - Assign BPO requests to qualified agents and track the progress of BPO assignments to ensure timely completion. - Address any discrepancies or issues in BPO reports, collaborating with agents for resolution. - Maintain accurate records and documentation related to BPO assignments, including client preferences, property details, and valuation outcomes. - Act as the primary point of contact for clients and Real Estate Agents/Brokers regarding BPO inquiries, updates, and status reports. This position requires 1 to 4 years of experience in the International voice process (US). The work location is in Chennai, and you will be expected to work from the office located at 11th Floor, Workafella, High street, Anna Salai, Teynampet, Chennai - 600018.
