Job Title: Voice and Accent Trainer Location: Pune Shift: Flexible with all Shifts Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Voice and Accent (V&A) Trainer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing communication skills, neutralizing accents, and improving customer service language proficiency. The role requires flexibility to work in rotational shifts and deliver impactful training across different levels. Key Responsibilities: Conduct Voice and Accent, Soft Skills, and Communication training for new hires and existing employees. Facilitate pre-process and on-floor coaching sessions to improve spoken English, pronunciation, grammar, and clarity. Identify training needs through performance data, assessments, and feedback. Develop customized training content, modules, and evaluation tools. Provide feedback and one-on-one coaching to agents with communication challenges. Monitor post-training performance and provide support to operations as needed. Requirements: Strong command of English with neutral or global accent. Excellent facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to work in rotational shifts , including nights and weekends.
