Key Responsibilities: Add/configure CCTV cameras on Milestone & Bosch VMS. Monitor live feeds, alarms, and incident alerts via ViewScape. Upload device/location data, configure & test alarms. Coordinate with IT teams/vendors for issue resolution. Maintain system logs, backups, and health checks. Respond to SOS/emergency calls and escalate incidents. Support integration of AI features (face recognition, object detection). Provide operator/admin-level training and documentation. Skills: Must be MCA/ BTECH Hands-on experience with Milestone/Bosch VMS. Basic knowledge of CCTV, ACS, FRS, and PIDS systems. Familiar with networking, backups, and ICCC tools (e.g., ViewScape).
