Understand and interpret G-codes & M-codes for programming and operation. ➡️ Programming & Editing: Perform minor CNC program edits to achieve required precision and quality. ➡️ Technical Drawing & Measurement: Read and understand GD&T engineering drawings accurately. Use measuring tools such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, and Gauges for inspection. ➡️ Tool & Fixture Management: Select appropriate tools and set up fixtures for various machining operations. ➡️ Quality & Production: Conduct quality inspection and tolerance checks on machined components. Monitor cycle time and ensure optimal productivity. ➡️ Maintenance & Safety: Maintain machine cleanliness and ensure regular preventive maintenance.
