Job Description

Years of experience: 6-11 years Job Location: Pune Must-Have Candidate should have deep knowledge of VitalQIP tool (VitalQIP20, VitalQIP8.0, VitalQIP AMS21, VitalQIP AMS2.1. Excellent in AMS(Appliance Management Server), ESM(Enterprise server management) and DNS and DHCP environment. Troubleshooting skills for DNS and DHCP Environment in quick time (Nokia QIP700-720-730, S_QIP, Nokia Raid 1200-1230, AMM 5000, ESM5000) Good Knowledge of Anycast and subnetting. Knowledge of Routing OSPF/BGP, Switching. Good Knowledge of tools, Tacacs/Radius/HPOV NNMi Knowledge of network sniffer for capturing logs (Wireshark/ Ethereal/ Solar-wind or any other equivalent) Excellent Communication skill Good-to-Have ITIL certification Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role 1 Network support from Offshore, 24X7 support shift support 2 Provide support on day-to-day DNS incidents and issues. 3 Monitor the DNS Infrastructure and work with different tools team for addition/deletion of the devices. 4 Support day to day changes and configurations in QIP infrastructure. 5 Manage and maintain the On-site spares availability for DNS infrastructure. 6 Coordinates with Network Delivery team for ongoing projects and provides support from Operations. 7 Maintain the DNS/DHCP CMDB up to date. 8 Support day to day cable patching requests and update the TRAX. 9 Vendor Coordination with NCC group in the event of any faults, software or hardware issues 10 Ensure all related process documents are up to date.
