Your Mission

• Build accessible, interactive data visualizations using React, Raphael JS, and SVG, aligned with WCAG & ARIA standards.
• Ensure clean, semantic, accessible code across HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Conduct accessibility testing (automated tools like Axe, Wave, Lighthouse, plus manual testing).
• Collaborate with design and UX teams to create tools that are both visually engaging and fully usable.
• Document accessibility practices and maintain consistent guidelines.
• Stay up to date with emerging accessibility standards and visualization best practices.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of front-end development experience, ideally with visualization tools.
• Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.
• Proficiency in Raphael JS and SVG for building data visualizations.
• Solid understanding of WCAG and ARIA standards.
• Experience with Git or other version control systems.

Bonus Points For

• Experience with user research or usability testing for data visualization.
• Familiarity with additional data visualization frameworks/libraries.
• Contributions to open-source accessibility efforts or active involvement in related communities.
