Key Responsibilities:

· To generate clear ideas and concepts in tandem with the copywriter

· To produce sketches, storyboards, roughs to visualize ideas

· To understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience

· To take work from concept to final execution within deadlines

· To manage and delegate responsibilities to other designers

· To present completed ideas to clients / Senior team members

· To stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices

· To get the monthly plan of execution for approval and make sure that it is executed best for the client.

· To lead the creative execution of campaigns and brand identities, translating strategic ideas into high-impact visual designs.

Functional & Technical Requirements:

· Hands on experience with logo design, typography, color, web layout design, print production, image selection

· Proficient use of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools

· Knowledge of visual communications and letterforms including art materials, drawing, and fabrication techniques

· Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio

· Incorporate feedbacks

· Team player with strong communication and presentation skills

· Relevant education or training (3-5 years of communication design with minimum 2 years of experience is preferred.)

· Fluent in Marathi with good command of English
