Visual + UI/UX Designer

Makerspace Masters is reinventing how schools look, feel, and function — turning them into future-ready innovation hubs powered by cutting-edge labs, immersive content, and design-first thinking. We’re looking for a multi-disciplinary designer to help us bring our vision to life across digital, brand, and physical touchpoints.

Your work will shape how India’s most premium schools experience the “future of learning.”

Your Mission

You’ll help craft beautiful and functional experiences across:

• Web Experiences

• Design and optimize UI for landing pages, campaign microsites, and partner showcases with a strong focus on clarity and engagement.

• Brand Evolution

• Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity that feels bold, modern, and aspirational across all platforms — from print to digital to spatial.

• Marketing & Comms Design

• Create marketing creatives, sales decks, event banners, brochures, social media visuals, and emailers that look as good as they perform.

• LMS Interface Design

• Shape intuitive, learner-friendly designs for our proprietary learning platform — blending structure, playfulness, and user empathy.

• Product & Space Design Assets

• Apply visual thinking to product packaging, STEM kit labels, signage systems, and classroom/lab graphics.

• Systems & Libraries

• Build scalable design components and maintain libraries for color palettes, typography, icons, and UI styles.

You’ll work directly with our core team — founders, engineers, content heads, and marketers — to push design that’s strategic, ambitious, and polished.

What You Bring

• 2–5 years of experience in graphic, UI/UX, or brand design
• Command over tools like Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign (Bonus: Motion design via After Effects or similar tools)
• A well-curated portfolio showcasing visual range across websites, branding, and marketing
• Fluency in type, layout, color, and grid systems
• Ability to work fast, iterate quickly, and still maintain high visual standards
• Bonus: Past work in education, e-learning platforms, or packaging/spatial graphics
