Job Title: Visual Merchandiser Job Description: Swayamvara Silks is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing visual displays that highlight our products, enhance the shopping experience, and drive sales. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute eye-catching product displays that align with store promotions and seasonal themes. Collaborate with store management to create layouts that improve traffic flow and showcase key products. Ensure merchandise is arranged in a visually appealing way, considering product placement, lighting, and signage. Regularly update displays and adjust to reflect current promotions or trends. Monitor inventory levels and ensure displays are replenished as necessary. Conduct store walkthroughs to ensure that visual standards are maintained throughout the store. Stay up-to-date with current trends in retail and visual merchandising. Requirements: Previous experience in visual merchandising or a similar role in retail. Strong understanding of design principles and visual merchandising techniques. Creativity and a keen eye for detail. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A degree or diploma in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, or a related field is a plus. Salary: Competitive, based on experience.
