Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute visual merchandising plans as per brand guidelines.
Create and manage
planograms
, window concepts, in-store displays, and product layouts.
Work closely with retail teams to ensure consistent VM execution across stores.
Coordinate production and installation of VM elements with vendors.
Select the right
materials
, props, and fixtures aligned with brand identity.
Analyse store performance and optimise VM to drive conversions.
Maintain VM calendars and ensure timely rollouts across all regions.

Required Skills:

Strong understanding of
planogramming
, display techniques, and retail VM standards.
Knowledge of VM materials, fabrication techniques, and costing.
Proficiency in VM/design softwares such as
Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, SketchUp
, etc.
Strong sense of aesthetics, colour, layouts, and brand storytelling.
Ability to manage vendors, timelines, and large-scale rollouts.
