Visual Merchandiser

As a dynamic and creative Regional Visual Merchandiser, your main responsibility is to lead the visual merchandising strategy and execution in MP, CG, Mumbai & Pune markets. Your goal is to create captivating in-store visual experiences aligned with the brand identity to drive customer engagement, footfall, and conversions. - Ensure high standards of visual merchandising in all stores within the region - Develop visually appealing displays following brand guidelines - Plan and execute store window displays, seasonal themes, and product launches - Collaborate with store teams and internal stakeholders for consistency and quality - Provide training on best practices, conduct store visits and audits, and support marketing campaigns To excel in this role, you must have: - Proven experience in Visual Merchandising - Strong design sense and proficiency in design tools - Excellent project management skills and effective communication abilities Ideally, you should hold a degree or diploma in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, or related fields, with at least 3 years of experience in a retail VM role within the fashion/apparel/lifestyle sector.
