Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign is essential for designing layouts and visual presentations. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills are necessary for adapting to trends and optimizing store layouts. Excellent communication skills are also crucial for collaborating with marketing teams, vendors, and store staff to maintain brand consistency. Responsibility: This role revolves around crafting an engaging in-store experience through innovative displays and strategic product placements. You are responsible for developing visually appealing store layouts, aligning designs with seasonal trends and promotional campaigns to boost sales. Your duties also include monitoring and replenishing displays, ensuring they remain fresh and impactful, and analyzing store performance to optimize merchandising strategies. Additionally, you will train store staff in visual presentation best practices and coordinate with vendors for display materials, contributing to a cohesive and immersive brand experience.
