Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Visual Merchandiser located in Pune. The Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for creating compelling visual displays that attract customers and drive sales. Day-to-day tasks include designing window displays, arranging merchandise, collaborating with the sales team, and ensuring that the store aesthetics align with our brand identity. The role also involves assessing product placement effectiveness and adapting layouts to enhance customer experience and optimize sales.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Retail and Sales environments
• Proficiency in designing and implementing Window Displays
• Attention to detail and a creative mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Experience in visual merchandising or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
