Visual Merchandiser

The role based in Vadakara, Kerala involves planning and executing visual displays and merchandising strategies to enhance store aesthetics, attract customers, and drive sales. Your responsibilities will include designing and setting up window displays, in-store layouts, and product presentations. You will need to ensure that merchandising aligns with brand guidelines and seasonal themes. Collaborating with the store team to rotate displays based on stock and trends is essential. Additionally, analyzing product placement effectiveness and providing visual merchandising training to store staff will be part of your role. To excel in this position, you should have at least 1 year of experience in visual merchandising within retail, fashion, or lifestyle sectors. Creativity, attention to detail, and knowledge of design principles are crucial. A good understanding of customer behavior and retail trends will also be beneficial.
