Visual editor and Motion Designer

Applore Tech is looking for a powerhouse Video Editor & Motion Designer to lead the visual output for our sub-brands and client portfolio. We don’t just want someone to "edit"—we want a creator who understands hooks, retention, and how to make tech brands look cool.
What you’ll be doing:The "Kickass" Edits: Creating high-energy Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts that stop the scroll.Motion Graphics: Adding professional kinetic typography, transitions, and 2D animations that elevate simple footage.Multi-Brand Execution: Switching styles between Applore Tech’s professional corporate identity and the more creative, experimental vibes of our sub-brands/clients.Full-Cycle Creation: Taking a raw brief or "talking head" footage and turning it into a finished, platform-ready asset.Who you are:Technical Pro: You are an expert in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.Social Native: You know what makes a Reel go viral. You understand sound trends, pacing, and the "meta" of social media.Visual Designer: You have a "design eye" and can create your own assets in Photoshop/Illustrator when needed.Strategic: You don't just edit for aesthetics; you edit for engagement and watch time.Requirements:2+ years of experience in video editing specifically for social media or marketing agencies.A portfolio/showreel that demonstrates high-quality motion graphics and fast-paced editing.Ability to work under tight deadlines across multiple projects.
