As a Video Editor & Motion Designer at Applore Tech, your role will be crucial in leading the visual output for our sub-brands and client portfolio. We are not just looking for someone who can "edit," but a creator who comprehends hooks, retention, and knows how to enhance the appeal of tech brands. **Key Responsibilities:** - Creating high-energy Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts that captivate the audience and halt the scroll. - Adding professional kinetic typography, transitions, and 2D animations to enhance the quality of simple footage. - Switching between Applore Tech's professional corporate identity and the more creative, experimental vibes of our sub-brands/clients. - Transforming raw briefs or "talking head" footage into polished, platform-ready assets. **Qualifications Required:** - Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. - Familiarity with the elements that contribute to a Reel going viral, including sound trends, pacing, and understanding the social media landscape. - Possess a keen "design eye" and the ability to create assets in Photoshop/Illustrator when necessary. - Editing not just for aesthetics but also for engagement and maximizing watch time. In order to be considered for this role, you should have: - At least 2 years of experience in video editing, particularly for social media or marketing agencies. - A portfolio/showreel showcasing high-quality motion graphics and fast-paced editing. - The capability to thrive under tight deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
