What we’re looking for:

• 2–4 years of experience

  in visual design, ideally at a digital or creative agency.
• Strong skills in

  Canva

  (especially for video and animated content).
• Good working knowledge of

  Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Experience in creating

  social media creatives, reels/stories

  , and presentation decks.

• Ability to edit and animate short videos

  using Canva, or similar tools.
• Understanding of brand tone, layout, typography, and visual consistency.
• Ability to 

  understand brands and businesses to ideate

  effectively and provide inputs to craft designs that enhance the connection between the brand and its visual communication.
• Strong

  collaboration skills

  , working with copywriters and cross-functional teams to develop impactful creative ideas.
• A proactive attitude, the ability to juggle multiple projects, and a

  passion for design trends

  and innovation.

• A good understanding of

  AI-powered tools

   and design trends to push creative boundaries.
