Are you a creative thinker with a passion for design and innovation? We’re looking for a Visual Designer who’s comfortable creating visually engaging content — from social media creatives and illustrations to simple, high-impact videos using tools like Canva, Figma, or basic editing platforms . If you have a good design eye, know how to work within brand guidelines, and can bring ideas to life through quick, effective visuals and videos, we’d love to hear from you. What we’re looking for: 2–4 years of experience in visual design, ideally at a digital or creative agency. Strong skills in Canva (especially for video and animated content). Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Experience in creating social media creatives, reels/stories , and presentation decks. Ability to edit and animate short videos using Canva, or similar tools. Understanding of brand tone, layout, typography, and visual consistency. Ability to understand brands and businesses to ideate effectively and provide inputs to craft designs that enhance the connection between the brand and its visual communication. Strong collaboration skills , working with copywriters and cross-functional teams to develop impactful creative ideas. A proactive attitude, the ability to juggle multiple projects, and a passion for design trends and innovation. What will set you apart: A portfolio showcasing social-first visual design and short-form video content. A good understanding of AI-powered tools (e.g., MidJourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Veo) and the ability to use them to create visuals, videos, and innovative designs. A curiosity for exploring emerging technologies and design trends to push creative boundaries.
