Visual Designer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the visual design of wallpapers and themes for Transsion-branded mobile phones in the National market, with a deep understanding of native users' cultural background, religious festivals, and aesthetic preferences.
2. Developing localized design strategies for India, establishing visual standards that align with local culture while also taking into account other market needs.
3. Quickly responding to market needs, efficiently executing the entire process from user research to design implementation, and providing localized experience support.
4. Gaining insights into user behavior, integrating festival culture and regional characteristics, and delivering design solutions that align with local aesthetics.
5. Facilitating cross-team collaboration and collaborating with product and development teams to ensure the successful implementation of design solutions.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in a design-related field, at least three years of UI/UX or related design experience.
2. Designers preferred, with a deep understanding and keen insight into culture, religious traditions, and color preferences.
3. Excellent execution skills, capable of efficient delivery in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to quickly implement projects from scratch.
4. Proficient in mainstream design tools such as Figma and Photoshop, with the ability to plan global wallpaper/theme designs, and extensive mobile UI/UX experience.
5. Accurate insights into local users, with an accurate understanding of the aesthetic differences among users across regions, ages, and income levels.
6. Strong learning ability, with the ability to track global design trends and innovate with regional characteristics.
