What will you own
You will be the first communications design hire at Pice, responsible for crafting and executing the creative expression of our bharat-focused product launches (payments, cards & credit). Working closely with product, marketing, and founders, you will define how we present, package, and sell our products to Indians across digital and offline channels. This role is ideal for someone who understands design as a storytelling tool, loves thinking about product-market resonance, and has the ability to convert GTM ideas into high-impact visual communication.
Skills & Qualifications Required
1. 3-6 years of experience in a communications, brand or marketing design role.
2. Demonstrated ability to work on product/feature launches and multi-channel campaigns.
3. Strong portfolio of work across digital (web, ads, app banners, emailers) and offline (hoardings, flyers, brochures) channels.
4. Experience building and managing brand systems & guideline (typography, color, tone, etc.).
5. Familiarity with fintech or bharat-facing brands is a plus.
6. Excellent collaboration and cross-functional communication skills.
7. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, 0-to-1 product environment.
8. Tools - Adobe creative suite (photoshop, illustrator, after effects), figma, product marketing animations, mid-journey, DALL-E
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Own the visual identity and communication design for new product launches (Cards, Credit, Payments).
2. Design multi-channel GTM creatives including:
- Website & landing pages
- Social & paid media ads
- Product onboarding journeys
- WhatsApp/email templates
- On-platform UI banners
- Offline materials (flyers, hoardings, brochures)
3. Collaborate with product and marketing to define positioning and messaging frameworks.
4. Set a high bar for visual storytelling and design systems that scale with our brand.
5. Test and iterate on campaign creatives based on SME feedback and engagement data.
6. Shape a brand that feels trustworthy, aspirational, and distinctly Indian.
