There is strong potential for growth. As Officebing scales, you could grow into a Senior Visual Designer / Brand Designer / Manager role. You will be the sole designer in the team (reporting to Digital Marketing Manager) and will gain broad exposure across marketing, brand and events.

As our digital marketing efforts grow and we expand into new locations, you’ll join as our in-house Visual Designer and play a key part in shaping how our brand is seen across social, web, print and video.

Role Summary

As our Visual Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling, on-brand collateral across digital and print mediums. You will work with the Digital Marketing Manager (you will report to) and support marketing, website, events and social teams.

While brand-design guidelines are already in place, you will build on-brand templates, generate fresh designs, and help elevate our visual output especially as we ramp marketing efforts. You’ll bring strong design execution, extreme attention to detail, proactiveness, and deliver on time — while also helping define how our visual identity evolves.

Key Responsibilities

• Create social-media collaterals (LinkedIn, Instagram) aligned with our brand guidelines: designs for posts, stories, reels (you may review/edit or give feedback to consultants)
• Develop web-site assets: banners, forms, hero images, interface visuals, photo edits, suggesting UI/UX optimisations for web pages
• Design print + digital collaterals: event flyers (in-house & external), product brochures, visiting cards
• Build and maintain templated styles (within the brand guidelines) so that visuals are consistent and easily scalable
• Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and event organiser to plan visual output against the monthly social calendar and ad-hoc event needs
• Ensure high-quality finished artwork: right format, correct specs, error-free, on brand
• Be proactive: suggest improvements, explore new visual directions or content formats (for example long-form video, short-form reels)
• Comfortable reviewing or editing video content (or at least providing brand-consistent feedback to external video consultants)
• Maintain awareness of design, digital marketing and social media trends; incorporate relevant learnings into your work
• Manage your workload, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines reliably (with weekly check-ins during probation)

Required Skills & Experience

• 1-3 years of professional experience in a visual design role (ideally ~2 years)
• Portfolio showcasing social media designs, website banners/assets, print/digital collaterals
• Proficiency in design tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) + Figma + Canva (or equivalent)
• Strong sense of typography, layout, colour theory, visual hierarchy and brand consistency
• Comfortable working under your own initiative, managing multiple tasks, delivering on time
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Proactive mindset: you identify opportunities rather than just execute briefs
• Good communicator: able to take feedback & direction, interpret brand guidelines, and collaborate with non-design teams
• Comfortable reviewing or giving feedback on video formats or supporting video content creation (though full video editing is not expected)

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Understanding of UI/UX/website design: ability to suggest improvements to interface layouts or user-flows
• Experience with short-form video editing (e.g., Premiere/AfterEffects/Canva Video) or at least working with video consultants
• Curious mindset for trend-spotting and competitor analysis
