Role & Responsibilities Design high-quality visual content for digital (Meta, Website, Google) and offline (packaging, pop-ups, brochures) brand needs Create original graphics, illustrations, Gifs that support brand storytelling and campaigns Work closely with the content, performance, and video teams to bring concepts to life with visual coherence Develop creatives, templates, and visual frameworks for scalable design across platforms Translate brand strategy and campaign ideas into compelling design language Push creative boundaries while maintaining visual consistency Manage multiple design projects, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality standards What We're Looking For 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced, visually demanding design role Graduate from a reputed design college (NID, Srishti, NIFT, MIT ID, etc.) · Must have knowledge of typography, typeface, color theory, design composition, colour correction, colour grading, photo retouching, and photo manipulation Strong portfolio that demonstrates a mix of branding, illustration, motion design, and digital work Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign), Figma, and other design tools An eye for detail and a pulse on visual trends across wellness, fashion, and culture Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly A sense of ownership, curiosity, and a love for clean, meaningful design Why You’ll Love It Here: A creative team & culture that encourages bold thinking, experimentation, and growth.
