Visual Designer- Graphics

As a Visual Designer specializing in Graphics & Motion at Core Asana, a growing wellness brand in Gurugram, you will play a crucial role in creating high-quality visual content for both digital and offline brand needs. Your responsibilities will include designing original graphics, illustrations, and GIFs to support brand storytelling and campaigns. Collaborating closely with content, performance, and video teams, you will bring concepts to life with visual coherence and develop creatives, templates, and visual frameworks for scalable design across platforms. Your role will also involve translating brand strategy and campaign ideas into compelling design language, pushing creative boundaries while maintaining visual consistency, and managing multiple design projects efficiently to meet deadlines and uphold high-quality standards. To excel in this role, you should have at least 1+ years of experience in a visually demanding design environment and be a graduate from a reputable design college. Proficiency in typography, typeface, color theory, design composition, color correction, color grading, photo retouching, and photo manipulation is essential. A strong portfolio showcasing branding, illustration, motion design, and digital work is required, along with expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other design tools. An eye for detail, awareness of visual trends in wellness, fashion, and culture, and the ability to receive feedback constructively are also key attributes. You should possess a sense of ownership, curiosity, and a passion for clean, meaningful design.
