Position - Senior Visual Designer

Division - Corporate Communications

Prefered Industry - Engineering, IT or any B2B domain

Location - Thermax House, Shivajinagar , Pune

Experience - 6-8 years

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

6-7 years of experience in graphic design and videocontent creation

Strong expertise in visual design principles:typography, colour theory, layout, grid systems,
and composition

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (particularlyIndesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Corel Draw

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)

Create compelling and effective designs and videosfor digital media

Experience in branding and identity design (logosystems, visual guidelines, design systems)

Ability to translate business and brand objectivesinto compelling visual solutions

Experience of working with external agencies orcreative vendors

Ability to lead visual direction for projects andmentor junior designers

Strong collaboration skills with cross-functionalteams

Ability to manage multiple projects with tightdeadlines.

Exposure to B2B / corporate communication design is an added advantage .

Critical Competencies for the Job:-

Create compelling and effective designs and videosfor digital media

Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency ofdesigns across various divisions of the company

Take complete ownership and accountability of theassigned projects.

Video ideation, scripting, planning, shooting, production with final output

Deliver high quality videos for various marketingplatforms

Identify best practices for video and evolve dailyoperations as necessary
