What would you do Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costsTalent Development processDetermine the most effective way to deliver learning content through media like classroom training, computer-based training, simulations, audio/video conferencing. Adapt content, resources or instructional plans as per needs of medium of delivery.oProficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).oFamiliarity with Generative AI tools is a plus.oExperience with motion graphics, UX/UI design, and web design principles is highly desirable.oStrong communication and collaboration skillsable to confidently present ideas and receive feedback.oComfortable working independently, managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.oDeep understanding of core design principles, visual hierarchy, and storytelling.oAbility to conceptualize original ideas and transform abstract briefs into stunning visuals.

What are we looking for Lead with Design:Own the end-to-end creation of compelling graphics and media assets across formatspresentations, eLearning, UI elements, videos, and more.Collaborate Cross-Functionally:Work closely with Instructional Design, Tech, and Media Leads to align visuals with learning goals and user experience needs.Bring Ideas to Life:Actively participate in ideation and brainstorming sessions to contribute fresh, innovative design concepts.Manage Projects Independently:Take full ownership of incoming design requests, from brief to delivery, balancing creativity with deadlines.Elevate Visual Quality:Apply best practices in typography, layout, color, and composition to produce polished, professional designs.Stay Ahead:Keep up with emerging design trends, tools, and techniquesincluding Generative AIto bring modern thinking to every project
