Summary:As a Visual Designer, you will engage in the interpretation of creative or design briefs to produce inspiring and effective visual communication materials. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the brand??s identity is consistently represented across multiple platforms, including digital media and print. You will craft a visual language that conveys narratives and evokes emotions, while also developing a modular and scalable design system that supports diverse visual expressions. Your role will require a balance of creativity and strategic thinking to enhance the overall user experience and brand presence.

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive visual communication.

Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system that supports various media.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Visual Design and Development.

Strong understanding of user interface design principles and best practices.

Experience with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma.

Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.

Familiarity with responsive design techniques and accessibility standards.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Visual Design and Development.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
