Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Visual Content Creator cum Editor located in Chennai. The role involves creating and editing visual content for MGM Hotels & Resorts India, ensuring high-quality imagery and videos that align with the brand's vision and values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-quality photos and videos for marketing campaigns, social media, website, and other digital platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing and branding teams to develop visual storytelling aligned with the brands tone and values.
• Manage end-to-end video production including scripting, storyboarding, filming, editing, color grading, and sound design.
• Maintain a consistent visual style across all content while innovating with new formats and trends.
• Organize and maintain a digital asset library of all visual content.
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in visual content creation and editing.
• Assist in live event coverage and behind-the-scenes content creation at MGM properties.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Visual Communication, Media Arts, Film Production, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in visual content creation and editing, preferably in the hospitality or lifestyle industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, etc.).
• Strong photography and videography skills with a good eye for aesthetics and detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Portfolio showcasing a range of creative visual work is

• Experience with motion graphics and animation.
• Knowledge of social media trends and platform-specific content requirements.
• Familiarity with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting setups, and audio equipment.
