Key Responsibilities

Strategic Content Creation

• Plan and execute

  short-form video strategies

  for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Create

  high-performing content

  focused on reach, engagement, and conversions
• Develop creative concepts for

  product launches, campaigns, and brand storytelling

Video Production & Editing

• Record professional-quality videos using camera/mobile, lighting, and audio equipment
  
• Edit videos with strong hooks, transitions, captions, sound design, and branding
  
• Repurpose long-form content into multiple short formats
  

Creative Campaign Execution

• Design

  campaign visuals, posters, and thumbnails

• Maintain consistent brand tone, colors, and messaging
  
• Execute seasonal promotions and marketing initiatives
  

Social Media Growth & Optimization

• Analyze content performance and optimize based on insights
  
• Stay updated with

  platform trends, algorithms, and viral formats

• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to align content with business goals
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 25 years of proven experience as a

  Content Creator / Social Media Marketer

• Strong portfolio of

  short-form video content

• Advanced knowledge of:
  
• Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve
  
• CapCut (advanced)
  
• Photoshop / Canva
  
• Strong understanding of

  Instagram & TikTok growth strategies

• Ability to manage content end-to-end with minimal supervision
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with

  industrial, tech, or manufacturing brands

• Familiarity with

  3D printing, filaments, or engineering products

• Experience working with influencers or creator collaborations
  
• Basic knowledge of paid ads creatives (bonus)
