Senior Digital Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:
Develop and oversee the digital marketing strategy across web, mobile, email, social media, and paid media channels.
Campaign Management:
Lead integrated campaigns to promote hotel stays, dining, events, and experiences, ensuring alignment with brand goals.
Performance Optimization:
Monitor KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and implement improvements to maximize ROI.
Team Collaboration:
Manage and mentor a team of digital marketers, content creators, and analysts.
Technology Integration:
Work with MarTech and CRM teams to leverage automation, personalization, and customer journey mapping.
Budget Oversight:
Manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and cost-effective execution.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Present strategies and performance reports to senior leadership and collaborate with property-level marketing teams.

Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
7+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in hospitality or luxury brands.
Proven track record of managing large-scale digital campaigns and teams.
Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and analytics platforms.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
