Visual Communication Designer

Responsibilities

• Develop and design visual communication assets for internal and external stakeholders.
• Create engaging visuals for campaigns, presentations, reports, customer communications, and marketing collaterals.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and leadership teams to maintain brand consistency.
• Ensure all design deliverables are aligned with NowFloats' visual identity and brand guidelines.
• Handle multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
• 2-5 years of proven experience as a Visual Designer/Communication Designer.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand communication, digital campaigns, and marketing design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Adobe FireFly, or similar design tools.
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present design ideas effectively.
• Ability to write compelling copy for Ads is a BIG plus.
