Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Visibility Captain to manage and execute in-store visibility and merchandising activities for our P&G product portfolio. The role involves ensuring effective brand presence, compliance with planograms, and flawless execution of visibility standards to drive sales growth and enhance consumer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Implement visibility and merchandising standards for P&G products across assigned stores/outlets.
Ensure planogram compliance and maintain product display as per brand guidelines.
Coordinate with sales and trade marketing teams to execute promotional activities.
Track and report on visibility execution, competitor activities, and market insights.
Ensure availability of POSM (Point of Sales Materials) and maintain display hygiene.
Build strong relationships with retailers, store managers, and field sales teams.
Conduct regular store audits to ensure adherence to visibility standards.
Support new product launches with effective visibility execution.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of retail visibility, merchandising, and trade marketing.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to handle multiple outlets and travel frequently.
Eye for detail and strong execution mindset.
Basic MS Office/Reporting skills.
