Role Description

We are seeking a Visa Sales Consultant for a full-time, on-site role located in Pune. The consultant will be responsible for providing expert visa consultation services to customers, ensuring a seamless visa application process. Key responsibilities include guiding clients on required documents, verifying information, managing application submissions, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining professional communication to ensure an exceptional customer experience. The role requires collaboration with internal teams and staying updated on visa regulations and requirements to offer accurate and reliable assistance.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Sales Consulting and ability to meet sales targets effectively
• Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to deliver excellent client experiences
• Exceptional Communication and Consulting skills to engage with clients professionally and resolve issues
• Ability to maintain accuracy, attention to detail, and adhere to visa guidelines
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software is an advantage
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field
• Prior experience in visa consultancy services or travel agencies is highly desirable
