Escape n Fly is a leading travel company specializing in visa facilitation, air ticketing, and international holiday packages. We are urgently hiring a Visa Officer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in visa processing.

Job Responsibilities:

• Visa Processing: Review and process visa applications for multiple countries, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Client Assistance: Guide applicants through the visa process, verify documents, and resolve inquiries.
• Embassy Coordination: Liaise with embassies, consulates, and immigration offices to facilitate approvals.
• Compliance & Documentation: Stay updated with visa regulations, immigration laws, and travel advisories.
• Database Management: Maintain records of applications, visa statuses, and client information.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in visa processing (mandatory).
• Bachelor's degree (preferred but not required).
• Strong knowledge of visa procedures, embassy requirements, and travel documentation.
• Fluent in English and Hindi with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple cases efficiently.
