Location: Goregaon, Mumbai
Employment Type: Full-time (In-office)

About the Role :

Visitor Visa Filing Officer

Key Responsibilities:

Manage
visitor visa applications
for countries including Canada, UK, USA, Australia, and Europe.
Verify and organize all
supporting documents
as per the specific visa checklist.
Fill out visa forms accurately and ensure timely submission to embassies/VFS centers.
Stay updated on
changing visitor visa rules, embassy guidelines, and documentation requirements
.
Communicate with clients to resolve queries, request missing documents, and provide updates.
Maintain accurate records of applications, submissions, and follow-ups.
Work closely with the counseling team to ensure smooth and timely visa processing.

Requirements:

Education
: Any Graduate (Immigration/Travel/Documentation background preferred).
Experience
: Minimum
1 to 3 years
of experience in
visa filing/documentation
(Visitor Visa mandatory).
Strong knowledge of
visa checklists, forms, and embassy/VFS processes
.
Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
Good communication skills to interact with clients and embassy staff.
Ability to handle multiple applications under tight deadlines.
