Visa Filling Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Visa Filing Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling the end-to-end process of student and tourist visa applications, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted in a timely manner. The candidate should be well-versed in visa requirements and embassy procedures of major countries like Canada, Australia, UK, USA, and others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file student and visitor visa applications with accuracy and thoroughness.
• Review and verify documents required for visa applications.
• Guide clients regarding document checklists and visa requirements.
• Coordinate with students/clients to collect missing documents or clarifications.
• Keep updated with the latest visa rules, embassy guidelines, and immigration policies.
• Ensure timely submission of applications and follow up with embassies or consulates as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of all applications filed and their statuses.
• Liaise with admission teams and counsellors to align visa filing with course start dates.
• Handle embassy appointments, medical bookings, and biometric scheduling.
• Respond to queries from clients regarding the status of their applications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
