Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Visa Executive located in Kochi. The Visa Executive will be responsible for handling visa applications, coordinating with consulates and embassies, providing clients with up-to-date visa information, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted on time. Other day-to-day tasks include maintaining records of visa applications, assisting clients in understanding visa requirements and processes, and ensuring compliance with policies and visa regulations. Qualifications Experience with Visa Processing and Documentation Strong Organizational and Time Management skills Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills Attention to Detail and Accuracy in handling documents Proficiency in using Office Software and Visa Application Platforms Knowledge of Visa Regulations and Embassy Protocols Ability to work independently and within a team Experience in the travel industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Business Administration, or related field Show more Show less
