Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Kochi for a Visa Executive. The Visa Executive will be responsible for handling visa processing, coordinating with embassies and consulates, ensuring compliance with visa requirements, and assisting travelers with visa-related queries and documentation.

Working days :

Monday - Saturday

Working hours :

Monday - Friday

9:30 am to 6:00 pm

Saturdays :

9:00 am - 3:00 pm

Qualifications

• Experience in visa processing and documentation
• Knowledge of embassy and consulate procedures
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking software
• Experience in the travel industry is a plus
